Position purpose:
Customer sales, account and interaction management. Delivers sales/profit targets and development through prospecting and leveraging on business development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales and strong sales development responsibility to your customers base in 2 feed market segments called Pet food and Feed specialties: on top of that, part time (15%) sales of Wheat Gluten to milling, baking & trading companies
  • Deliver Sales & Profit target for the Area North America with local and imported goods from Europe
  • Lead and coordinate customer interactions
  • Lead negotiation process from initial offer to contract
  • Provide information of market intelligence
  • Accompany our Canadian plant development
Qualifications:
Key competencies requirement:
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition
  • You should have at least 10 years’ experience minimum of sales in the Feed sector
  • Ability to sell high value solutions
  • Functional: ability to build a customer network/negotiation, account management, trust, communication, teamwork, technical understanding
  • Leadership: work cross functional, multicultural & customers recognition
Minimum of 30% travel required
